Policies you accept at signup
These documents apply to new Profitru workspaces created on profitru.app. An authorised person must accept the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy at signup. Existing workspaces remain subject to the version in force when they signed up, as updated under the Terms.
- Terms of ServiceThese Terms govern your organisation’s use of Profitru (profitru.app). Creating a new tenant account requires that an authorised person accept this pack, including the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
- Privacy PolicyThis notice explains how Profitru handles personal data for the application (profitru.app) and marketing sites (profitru.com / profitru.in), in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and other applicable Indian law.
- Cookie PolicyThis policy explains how Profitru uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on profitru.app and the marketing sites.
- Acceptable useThis policy supplements the Terms of Service. Violation may result in suspension or termination.
